Ted's practice focuses on estate planning and estate and trust administration, and family business enterprises, representing the diverse needs of family wealth management, property succession, and fiduciary investment duties. Ted is also a founding principal of Kutscher Benner Barsness & Stevens, Inc., an SEC-registered independent financial advisory firm focused on comprehensive planning for families, trust and individuals.
